316 Stainless Hex Bolt, Nut & Washer Kit — 100 Sets
100 complete fastening sets in true marine-grade 316 stainless — bolt, nut, and washer, counted and matched. 300 pieces total.
$37.80 for the kit — shipping at actual cost, confirmed in writing before you pay
What’s in the kit
Each set is one 1/4″-20 × 1″ hex bolt, one matching 1/4″-20 hex nut, and one 1/4″ flat washer — 100 sets, 300 pieces total, counted and matched, so the count on the box is the count you can build with.
- Bolt — hex head, 1/4″-20 UNC coarse thread × 1″ long (under head), 7/16″ wrench.
- Nut — hex, 1/4″-20, 7/16″ across flats.
- Washer — flat, 1/4″ nominal.
- Material — 316 stainless steel throughout, plain finish, no plating.
Why 316, not the 18-8 (304) in most kits?
316 contains molybdenum, which is what actually resists chloride attack. In salt air, on a dock, or anywhere near brackish water, 18-8 tea-stains and pits; zinc-plated hardware is worse. 316 is the grade marine and coastal work specifies for a reason.
Good for
Dock rebuilds, boat projects, trailer work, coastal outdoor construction — project-quantity hardware without the retail per-piece markup.
How to order this kit
Step 1 — Request the kit
Send a quote request naming this kit (the 100-set kit) and your ship-to ZIP. Nothing is paid at this step.
Step 2 — We confirm in writing
We hold no shelf stock — your kit is sourced to order, so we confirm availability and your total in writing first: the $37.80 kit price plus shipping at its actual cost to your door, shown as its own line. If we cannot confirm it, you pay nothing.
Step 3 — You approve, then pay the invoice
Payment is by a Square invoice we send for your order after you approve the confirmation. There is no checkout and no payment link on this site — every order is invoiced individually.
Step 4 — Your kit ships
Your order ships on the confirmed date and tracking is forwarded to you. If anything slips, the delay promise applies: a revised date, or cancel for a full refund. Return terms are stated in your written confirmation — see How Ordering Works.
Smaller job? The same kit comes in 50 sets (150 pieces) for $18.95. Building something bigger or odder than this kit? Odd specs and other sizes in 316 and silicon bronze are what we do — ask in a quote request.
